Swarovski have recently chosen RITEQ’s leading Workforce Management Solution, TimeTEQ for their Workforce Management needs nationally. With more than 350 staff across more than 40 locations Australia-wide, they were looking for an innovative way to control, expedite and streamline processes. Swarovski chose TimeTEQ for its ease of use, depth of functionality and leadership position in the Retail industry as well as its ability to integrate with MicrOpay Meridian. They will be piloting the implementation in Australia, with a view to rollout the solution to their regional and global counterparts in the future.

January 2011 - New Office for RITEQ Victoria

RITEQ has recently moved into new premises in the Westfield Office Tower at Doncaster. The new office will boast training facilities, which is great news for our Victorian clients. We are also fortunate to welcome two new staff members: Rob Hannath who joins us as State Manager, Southern Region and David Splatt who has accepted the role of Senior Technical Services Consultant. Both have extensive experience implementing TimeTEQ with our previous Victorian reseller OSSES.

November 2010—RITEQ again ranked in Deloitte Technology Fast 50

For the second consecutive year, RITEQ has been ranked in the 2010 Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Companies – ranking at 39. We are delighted to be ranked with some of Australia’s most innovative technology companies. As we continue to grow and evolve, we remain vigilant in our commitment to develop a market leading solution that eases the workforce management burden for companies of all sizes.

As 2011 unfolds, we look forward to working closely with our clients and business partners to continue to develop our product and business relationships.

July 2010 - Cotton On Group Select TimeTEQ for WFM

We are delighted to announce Cotton On Group recently joined the RITEQ user base.

The Cotton On Group have selected TimeTEQ as their global T&A provider for all retail stores, distribution centres, regional and head offices.

Cotton On Group employees over 6000 staff across Australia, New Zealand, USA, Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia. The first phase of the roll out will be conducted across Australia and New Zealand with the remainder of the group following.

This month RITEQ completed our company wide rebrand, for the past six months we have been developing a new visual identity. The purpose of the rebrand is to evolve our brand into one that is representative of the young, professional and innovative organisation that we have cultivated. The RITEQ globe that we have adopted as our corporate logo symbolises our evolution into a global workforce management solution provider.

As well as new logo’s and stationery the new website was unveiled during our rebrand which promises to mature into an ideal information portal for both clients and prospective clients.

RITEQ are delighted to once again be ranked in the 2009 Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Companies (18th ranking). The program, now in its ninth year in Australia, ranks the 50 fastest growing public or private technology companies, based on percentage revenue growth over three years (2007 to 2009).

This is a fantastic result due to the economic uncertainty that clouded 2009, we are fortunate to have a nimble business structure and product set that has allowed us to refocus our energies and continue to evolve.
