The RITEQ Professional Services team have been implementing TimeTEQ for many years and during this time have developed a proven best practice methodology. Our implementation strategy delivers value from the onset by accelerating your implementation and providing flexible options. Our approach is underpinned by a solid project management methodology which reduces risk and ensures consistent on–time project delivery.
We believe that key to project success and an accelerated return on investment are user buy in and change management; we focus on these components from project inception.
Although complex our implementation strategy can be divided into 5 stages, some project stages occur sequentially while other can occur concurrently.
The stages are:
Inception and Scoping: Kicking off the Inception and Scoping phase, the sales to professional services handover occurs ensuring all of the information gathered during the sales process is not lost and nothing is overlooked. The defining of work rule interpretation is a primary function of this critical phase. Once the data is collected we will have a comprehensive definition of the awards and a blueprint for award setup. The Project Plan is created during this phase, which confirms key dates and project milestones.
Interpret: Defining work rule interpretation is the primary function of this critical phase. Once the data is collected we will have a comprehensive definition of the awards at each of your sites and a blueprint for award setup.
Construction: During this phase, hardware and Software Installation occurs as well as database setup. Employee data migration is completed, tested and accepted. The database is made active and administrator control is set up for access to the database.
Training: Knowledge transfer is critical to project success and ensures user acceptance. The training phase covers end user and administration training. We recognise that every organisation is different and therefore, at the beginning of this phase we conduct a training needs analysis to determine the trainees and their numbers.
Transition: Once training is complete, live clocking and timesheet authorisation can commence. During this phase Payroll Export and Import occur and testing is performed. |
