TeleClock is a Telephone Interactive Voice Response system that works hand-in-hand with TimeTEQ allowing employees to clock their start and end as well as break times from their place of work using a touch-tone telephone as their time clock.
TeleClock offer an in-house or pay as you go 1800 hosted solution for employees to clock via landline or mobile phone. In-house installations are typically deployed in industries such as hotels or hospitals that wish to use their on premise PABX telephone system and so do not incur any outside call costs.
Organisations that prefer to use a1800 hosted service typically have employees who do not attend a regular place of work where a time clocking device may be permanently located. These organisations have remote workers that attend a number of different locations throughout their day or week but that are still hourly paid and are required to maintain accurate and verified time sheets. Industries such as aged community and disability care, transport logistics, building services and contract cleaning would generally fall into this category.
TeleClock also offer One-Time-Password (OTP) tokens to further increase the security and accuracy of employees using the TeleClock system. These OTP tokens display a constantly renewing security code which is validated against a security key stored on the TeleClock IVR server.
